ROSELAND, N.J. – April 27, 2015 - ADP® announced today that it has been ranked # 20 on The 2015 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list. This comes after ranking # 24 on the 2014 list. The DiversityInc Top 50 includes companies from a wide range of industries whose leadership, procurement practices, communications and training best reflect the reality of the rapidly changing face of America.

"We are delighted to be once again recognized as a leading company for Diversity & Inclusion by DiversityInc," said Rita Mitjans, ADP's Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Corporate Social Responsibility Officer.  "Diversity is a critical component of our human resources strategy, and ADP continues to accelerate its efforts to ensure that we have access to the best talent in the world, and a culture that supports an inclusive workplace for all of our associates to reach their full potential."

ADP has a deep commitment to sustaining its inclusive culture and sponsors a significant amount of programs to celebrate diversity.  Programs include their Global Business Resource Groups, Local Engagement & Diversity Committees, and an annual Diversity & Inclusion Summit gathering their executive committee and leaders from across the organization.

"Diversity and inclusion is a key pillar of our global talent strategy," said Chief Human Resources Officer at ADP, Dermot O'Brien.  "Our Global Business Resource Groups have been particularly effective in empowering our associates in ways that support their careers and allow them to more effectively contribute their talents to ADP and its clients."

Any company with over 1,000 U.S.-based employees is eligible to enter the DiversityInc Top 50, and there is no cost to compete.  Each company's rank is based on objective analysis of 183 separate factors, based on data from a 300-question survey.  The four equally weighted areas of measurement include Talent Pipeline, Equitable Talent Development, CEO/Leadership Commitment, and Supplier Diversity.
